My wife and I visited on Friday. I ordered a vodka and tonic, my wife ordered wings and according to the menu they came with a sauce.. After leaving and looking at the bill, it appears that the sauce and the tonic were separate charges. What a way to drive business away.

You're missing out if you've never been here! Awesome atmosphere and the staff are incredibles.

I like the idea of this place and the location as a nearby and low key fun atmosphere, but hopefully the managers and owners listen up. You're food is just OK not great just OK, but what is worse and where you can make the experience MUCH better is your SERVICE. The last 3x I've been here with my family we try and enjoy our time, but you get seated and then wonder if they forgot about you. My wife literally had to go ask for silverware which is just sad. The waitresses mean good and polite but need much more training or help as they are often not cued in to being prompt and constantly checking in to the customer. We had to strategically order all our food at once just in case they forgot about us which is sad and then our appetizer along with our main entree piled up on our table which made eating impossible. Then comes the tip and they provide you the digital card machine and literally stand there waiting for you to enter your tip which is also not ideal. Each time I've left decent tips considering the food and mostly the service is atrocious. Liked this place in the beginning but each experience gets worse and it's usually a result of who's running the place such as the owners and the managers. IF they can get it together, this could be a great place to experience, but the lack of appealing food and worse the non-existent service has finally reminded me to not come back. If you cannot run a business like this right, then don't be in the restaurant industry or get into another that hopefully you finally get right. Also, I read all the poor reviews and they are spot on...poorly run and subpar food...shame on me for giving this place a 3rd try. Will not be back for a 4th. This business should be embarrassed to deliver this terrible experience.

Food was average at best. We had a party of 4 and food was just dropped at random times and not together. Very chaotic and unorganized. Cool atmosphere though.

The beers that I tried were good and the taproom was very nice. Definitely worth a pit stop if you’re in the area!

They were great hosts for a large group. Our food and drinks were delicious. Highly recommend! Konny was the best server!

This is my second time here and I have loved it both times! The first time they had a violinist playing upbeat music, and the second was with my book club who they were super accommodating for! Great service, and an excellent espresso martini ☕️🍸

Came here with my book club and service was absolutely amazing! Plus, I got the Moscow mule and it was delicious :) 10/10 would recommend

I love their beers and their food but unfortunately went there tonight and found out their kitchen closes at 9. They didn't tell us this even though we were sitting there looking at menus. The kitchen used to be open until 11 so it's weird that it now closes at 9 especially when they are open until 12. Makes it hard for us to visit here in the future because we both work late and like to eat while drinking to unwind from the week. We decided to close out and leave to go to another place that does serve both later than 9. When we asked if they would ever be open later again, their bartender basically told us we would have to complain to management and if enough people did they might start to re open the kitchen later again which is weird that your customers have to complain just to have you revert decisions or that you wouldn't tell paying customers the kitchen was closing so they could order before cut off.

We decided to check out Galveston Bay Brewing on our day date 3/15 and we absolutely loved it! Connor and Bethany made our visit fun and a great experience! Connor was very knowledgeable in the beers and was able to help us pick what turned into favorites of the night! Bethany was super friendly and was spot on with fast service! We definitely will be back. Thank you for a great atmosphere!

Very unorganized and poor service at events. The Galintines day event was horrible!! Ladies were leaving as they were too short staffed I guess. We were there almost 2 hrs before 2 of us got our food. The other 2 got their food a good 35 min before us. Complained to the manager (as were many others) and he said "I don't know what you want me to do". Bad response! The food is very good, but they need better management and servers.

Food is Very Bland and Has No Flavor ?Maybe They Should invest in Some Quality Spices❓

I appreciate that the samples were labeled. It was easy to tell them apart. Food was a bit overpriced.

At first, we weren't even sure that they served food. Oh, but they do, and it has a german flair. Beer brats in a blanket as an appetizer is the best appetizer I've had in a very long time. The hot mustard, served on the side, has a buttery flavor that mellows the taste of the mustard. The sauerkraut is house made but doesn't have the usual sauerkraut tartness. It's very smooth. The brats are beer battered, lightly breaded, and baked. It's served sliced into bite-sized pieces.
The rack of ribs was, essentially, a half rack. When you pick it up, you either get bone or meat. Ya can't pick em both up at the same time. The meat, quite literally, falls off the bone. The only downside was the Sriracha flavored cole slaw.
Dessert was fried chocolate chip cookie dough, fried into balls a little bigger than a golf ball and drizzled with chocolate and powdered sugar. I got it with a side of ice cream. It was good, I'd have it again. It wasn't creme brulee good, but good none the less. The banana pudding was.....different. it's made with blueberries and some of their blueberry blonde ale. It didn't have your regular banana pudding taste, which was probably the point. The wife didn't like it, but she's not a blueberry fan anyway.
Drinks: it's a craft beer place, so... ABVs range from 4.2 - 10. They have ciders, beer, liquor, mead, and wine. It's a full bar. I had the Bolivar Bock, which came in at 6%. It was a dark amber color with good flavor. A nice, heavy, but not hoppy beer. I followed that up with an oktoberfest, which comes in at 6.5%. It was a lighter amber color and lighter in flavor. Both of them were very good and certainly deserving of drinking 1 or 6. Overall, we had an expectation commensurate with a brewery, food wise, and we're pleasantly shocked at how good the food was. We will definitely come back here again. If you have been to jackies in kemah, this place is right across the street. Not taking anything away from jackies, but this place is fantastic. I had to get a beer brat to go.

As a regular patron of this exceptional establishment, I've noticed a frequent turnover in staff. However, I wholeheartedly give my five-star review for two key reasons: the outstanding craft beer, thanks to the phenomenal Master Brewer, Skyler, and the exemplary service provided by Khristin. If you’re fortunate enough to have her as your server, you can expect not only a delightful experience but also attentive service that ensures your drink is never empty.
