3 for atmosphere, because it is a LC. Not much going on, no ambiance lol. But they are a solid place, and were there for the city during hard times (hurricane, etc). Go get you a pie.
It's Little Caesars. Super basic cheap pizza. Carry Out / Delivery only.
Employees were great but it's a Little Caesars cheap pizzas they'll fill your stomach give me something to eat and it won't kill your wallet I frequent many places like this where I have to eat on the cheap and it does the job pretty well
