I must say that my recent visit wasn't all that special. However, I noticed that it was understaffed. But instead, of the manager running around rushing all orders, NO, this lady was cool, calm, and collective. The entire staff was working and communicating with each other. The manager, every now and then, would apologize and then get back to making orders. Just watching first-hand excellent customer service is always worth praise. Way to go, Popeyes, on a Saturday night....
I been to Popeyes several times mainly a order off the app. And they have always messed it up. But today I went in and ordered. Today is September 26th and I don't remember the managers name. But who ever it was she was outstanding. She got my order just as I ordered all dark meat. And I did get fresh chicken i went in about 345pm. I had everything in my order and fresh she was making sure I had everything .
