I don’t go to Starbucks too often anymore, but when I do, it’s a caffeine emergency. I usually order an iced drink with a food item when I go. When ordering at this specific location, my order is 90% of the time always incorrect. Interestingly enough, I never see my order on the screen before they tell me my total and pull up, so I’m not sure. Makayla made a fabulous caramel crunch Frappuccino exactly to my specifications. It was thick and delicious just like it’s supposed to be. Rarely do they make this drink correctly. I hope Makayla stays at this location. I’m grateful to her!! 1/30/24.
Joel is one of the most upbeat and pleasant individuals I have ever had wait on me in any food or retail establishment. He was very busy, cleaning and taking out trash, and yet, managed to greet us and speak very sincerely inquiring about our day! A true bright spot in our stop!Starbucks is blessed to have this young man employed! Management material without a doubt!
