“Best thing everyone should be stopping by in Edinburg. For years I've been wishing the city would have a small truck eatery. We finally have one! There needs to be more events and love given to this place! Area is shaded, the food trucks are super tasty 🍔 and the Black Owl bar is fantastic! The rooms are AC and super clean, and the area has a few yard games to help the kids pass the time! Will definitely be coming back to support the local small businesses that we need to thrive in Edinburg! This is what it's all about.“

I've been wanting to try Sayo's since I first started working in Edinburg and man it did not disappoint!
The service was awesome. Super nice guy behind the counter, and they're fast! I waited no more than 10 minutes.
The portion size was giant! I could barely finish the taco! I loved it so much too. The flavor, the amount of cheese and meat, tons of sides to add to it AND they are generous with the salsa.
You need to try it! I highly recommend it! I'm pretty picky when it comes to tacos and Mexican food but holy moly this was a gem. 5 stars mang!“
