“Visited the valley for the first time and as I'm leaving I wanted to make sure I left a good review about the first place I visited on my trip. This IHOP had the best service and food quality I've ever had at the chain, and I left wanting to go back much more. Specifically, my server, Karol, was extremely attentive and informative and guided me through the overwhelming menu. Can't wait to come back!“

“how blessed am I to get World Class Service from both Rose Abbey & Alex without even having to leave Texas... I'm a server myself so my bar for legendary service is not easy to achieve or even surpass.... these two icons did it without even trying... request them... I was taking notes to apply in my next shift.... they made me feel like the guest of honor... also the Cowboy Burger was delicious and the Oreo Waffle was even better✨“

“I drive all the way here from port isabel texas this IHOP has the best cheff food is soo amazing i had the tres leches pancakes and breakfast sampler drank a mango lemonade splashet thank you for the great service too yessica i wish they never took the banana froster pancakes off the manu those were omg soo good but everything is always perfect thank you. 🙏😁“

“Loved the Coraline decor! However our hostess didn't greet us she just said how many. Our waiter was nice and he made sure to get the team to sing my sister happy birthday. The food is just okay, but thats ihop overall, it used to be better.“
