“Went to Cheddars on 12/05 for my daughters 18th birthday our wait time was a bit long since we were a party of 15. I do want to thank manger Alyssa for making sure once we were seated we were comfortable and for her patience 😅 (since we getting a little hangry) (iykyk 😂) Pedro (our server) was exceptional from the start making us feel very welcoming and for being very patient with us it was one guy against 15 hungry 🤣 people lol. Nonetheless it was a memorable night for us and I’m sure for them too. Thank you both for the exceptional customer service!!! It was my first time there will definitely be returning“
