Great Caesar salad to start the meal along with delicious bread, oil and spices. The Sicilian pizza was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time, just the right amount of toppings and a tasty crust. Service was superior, the young man who took our order was very attentive and got everything to us in a timely fashion.

Apparently they were training new wait staff. Apps were good and waitress was nice. We had a bottle of wine for our party of four and over an hour later with no one taking our dinner order we had to go elsewhere to eat. Not a great experience for our first time here .

Giving this great local restaurant a shout out for being absolutely the best Italian restaurant in Dripping Springs. Notice to the general public: January 2025, Carmela's is looking to hire Servers. Apply in person.
