great coffee, terrible shipping and subscription service

I cannot get over the arrogance and rudeness with which they disregard customers who come in. And their roasts are uneven and bad. A case of people knowing just enough about an industry to be arrogant and insulate themselves from the industry experts who could humble them. They are amateurs who think they are experts. A bad product but with the pretension enough to fool people who want specialty coffee but haven’t seen the real thing yet.

No cafe here! One guy was incredibly rude and the other tried to be helpful but didn’t have much to offer. This is not a place to taste and buy!

Ordered 4 different beans online to try them out. Didn't like the first one so I logged into my account to stop the subscription on it and add a few more to try. However, it's a total hassle to alter an online subscription. They throw obstacles in your way and try to get you to pause the subscription or adjust it in some way. Then when you finally find the small print "cancel" link, a message comes up telling you to send them an email to cancel. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A SCAM.

Probably the best coffee in Austin! AM Rescue and Good Vibes are my favorites. They always have a solid list of originals and new types of coffee, too.If you haven’t been there (or are just visiting for the weekend), you need to grab a coffee there.

I have been buying beans (mostly AM Rescue, Spark, & Take Me Home) for well over a year now, and just started trying their Kickstart espresso blend. Top shelf stuff, very fresh, but most importantly, incredible customer service. Just a great company that stands by its product and its customers. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Try them, you won't be disappointed. (Pro Tip -- order more than $50 in beans to avoid shipping charges).

Great staff, ambiance, and drinks… but $8 for a regular match w/ honey is a bit much.

My favorite weekend spot. Amazing coffee, wonderful smells, and kind baristas!

The first time I went had a great experience with lovely service, good coffee and beautiful presentation of the coffees we ordered (pictured here). The second time I went I specifically ordered the coffees FOR HERE and confirmed that they would be in the mugs. When we received our coffees they were both in paper cups and when I asked for a mug the barista said, "are you serious?" ... I left feeling very unsatisfied and upset with the experience as it was nothing like the first time. All I wanted was the barista to apologize for the misunderstanding/mistake and make it right, but they didn't. I won't be returning due to the service. The coffee is still good.
