We did a cupping session here as a couples activity and really enjoyed it. It had been booked for 3 couples but one did not show, and honestly four people felt like the perfect size.

The instructor did a good job explaining both the coffee itself and the cupping process. It was approachable, easy to follow, and a nice way to learn while actually tasting through everything. My husband especially liked the way it was explained and the stories that were shared along the way. We also got a quick look in the back where they roast and bag the beans, which was a nice touch.

From an accessibility standpoint, it was manageable for me with a cane, but I was glad I brought it. You move along the table to taste each coffee, so I did need to sit down at points. There were a few chairs along the wall, which helped. The space is small, so it was not too bad, but I think it would have been harder in a wheelchair just because of the layout and table height.

The only thing I would note is that while the instructor clearly knew his stuff and explained things well, the overall vibe felt a little less warm than I personally prefer. Not rude, and not a bad experience, just not especially inviting if you are someone who likes to ask a lot of extra questions, which is understandable as it is a time slot and only have so much time. But unlike my husband I'd prefer less stories and more interactive Q&A. And it would have been great if we could have purchased coffee, especially the ones we liked at the session. Weird to leave with no coffee.

Overall though, we enjoyed it and thought it was a good way to taste, learn, and do something a little different together.

Terrific coffee, you get it fresh and they'll grind it however you want, if needed

I've taken several of the coffee classes... the espresso ones and latte art ones. I have nice equipment at home, and these classes were great at helping me get the most out of my investment. I plan to take more classes with them.

You cannot come to this place and order coffee during open hours. There was no obvious indication prior to heading that way. Top reviews and business overview both describe a coffee shop and bean supplier. If that is not the best representation of the business, it should be clearly stated otherwise.

My husband walked in during the middle of a class which is embarrassing but completely avoidable.

My wife and I took the intro to espresso coffee class instructed by Marcos and it was fantastic! Marcos is super knowledgeable about all things coffee. We definitely recommend this wonderful learning experience for anyone interested in espresso.

I have tried nearly all the whole bean coffee at HEB, Central Market, etc. I have yet to find a better expresso bean. You are truly world class roasters and I love your coffee.

I cannot get over the arrogance and rudeness with which they disregard customers who come in. And their roasts are uneven and bad. A case of people knowing just enough about an industry to be arrogant and insulate themselves from the industry experts who could humble them. They are amateurs who think they are experts. A bad product but with the pretension enough to fool people who want specialty coffee but haven’t seen the real thing yet.

No cafe here! One guy was incredibly rude and the other tried to be helpful but didn’t have much to offer. This is not a place to taste and buy!

Ordered 4 different beans online to try them out. Didn't like the first one so I logged into my account to stop the subscription on it and add a few more to try. However, it's a total hassle to alter an online subscription. They throw obstacles in your way and try to get you to pause the subscription or adjust it in some way. Then when you finally find the small print "cancel" link, a message comes up telling you to send them an email to cancel. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A SCAM.

Probably the best coffee in Austin! AM Rescue and Good Vibes are my favorites. They always have a solid list of originals and new types of coffee, too.If you haven’t been there (or are just visiting for the weekend), you need to grab a coffee there.
