Amazing place that was established with great people. Must visit establishment. Best Dobbelbock and Amber beer I have had in ages. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Edit: It’s unfortunate to see a local business targeted with obvious bad-faith reviews from people who clearly haven’t been here. Several recent one-star ratings reference experiences that simply don’t match the layout, service, or offerings of this distillery. I visited personally and found the staff professional, the space clean and welcoming, and the spirits excellent. This review reflects my actual visit—not anyone’s political opinions.

Veteran owned and I love that!! The bartender was v helpful and attentive, shadow (the cat) was an added bonus. For liquor they only have rum or vodka - just something to note.

Very friendly and patriotic brewery. Chris, the bartender, was very knowledgeable about beers and brewing practices and guided me to the best beers. Wonderful service and great conversation. Would recommend to anyone in town. This is the most Texas brewery I’ve ever been to.

This is a hidden gem! Don't miss out on this place. It's veteran owned and it promotes veterans and first responders. The drinks are incredible. The pickle shots and Bloody Mary's are delicious. The Bloody Mary's ask for a shot of olive juice in it and it's a game changer. The service is outstanding. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. You can sit indoor or outdoor, both great options.

Great atmosphere and drinks. Good place to chill and wonderful outdoor area with an airstream cigar lounge, and play area for the kiddos.

Food trucks are solid, live music on Saturday is amazing. Cigars are top notch and priced right, gin is home made to perfection and beer is cold and goid

Definitely the best distillery and brewery around. The cocktails are very unique and not like the other places. Highly recommend.

This place was cool, drinks were pretty good but just don’t order food from the bar. I ordered a pretzel ? from their scan code waited for about 15 mins decided to order another drink and asked about my food, he was like oh we didn’t receive your order on here but no problem let me make that real quick. Cool, he brought the pretzel and it had no butter, no salt and the inside was cold it was 5 bucks whatever, it is what it is ?

Met up with a couple buddies last night at a One Shot Distillery in Dripping Springs, TX. It just so happened apparently be THE local watering hole for the best competition shooters, snipers, ex-operators, and long range precision enthusiasts in the country.Heavy hitters.It looked like a victory scene from a Michael Bay movie.Had a few cigars by the bonfire and listened to these dudes tell some pretty incredible stories.Phenomenal beer. One Shot knows their stuff.The owner was the nicest guy and took exceptional care of us.Great night.Awesome community.This place is quintessential Texas.
