This was our first time to get take out from the Dripping Springs Pizza Hut. I must say it was a great pizza for a very reasonable price n fast too. So i can say for sure we will b getting take out from Pizza Hut again real soon. Two thumbs up from Cindylu.

Ordered a large half pepperoni and half hamburger, light sauce, hand tossed crust. There was no sauce at all on the pizza and got thin crust instead of hand tossed.We seem to have a problem everytime we order from Dripping Springs.

Just received my delivery from Mr.Roberts. My whole order was WARM and FRESH. It tasted like it literally just came out of the oven. This is by far the best service/order I have received from a Pizza Hut. Thank you!

I ordered a pizza lover stuffed crust pizza at 1pm. It was sent out via doordash. I stood on my porch and watched the driver pass my house and not deliver my food. I called the restaurant to let them know. They said they would send it out again with a refund. Okay. The second doordash driver did the same thing driving past without even a phone call to attempt to deliver. I called the restaurant again and was cussed at and hung up on. The first time I called I was polite even if annoyed. The second time yes I raised my voice but I did not cuss at them and was not nasty. I was frustrated with two very hungry toddlers. I will be contacting corporate to complain.

The pizza was so oily that if I ate it all I’d get a heart attack. Oil literally dripped from the slices it was absolutely disgusting. The cheese was so salty you couldn’t even eat it. It was basically inedible besides the crust. Don’t recommend at all

What's the point when they won't deliver during business hours? Grand Slam is way better
If you are putting in an order for pick up or curbside, make sure you set the time 30 minutes before you actually want it. And even then, you will still have to wait. And if you order curbside, don't expect it to be brought out to you - you will have to go in and tell them that you're there and 15 minutes later they will bring it out to you. The food itself was good, just the customer service wasn't very helpful.

I had called my home store while driving realizing the store would be closing in 25 minutes, but I was on a time crunch to feed my family after working a long day. I had placed an order over the phone and when I came in to pick up my order, Kaleb greeted me once my order was ready with the kindest demeanor. I am sure he had a long day, but he absolutely went above and beyond not just for me but the other person waiting while he was completing out all of those last minute orders that were on the TV screen. Kaleb’s professionalism, ability to move quickly and efficiently deserves to be recognized and rewarded. Please realize this is a small town and most locals here have slim pickings the later it gets, so when I find a gem like Kaleb, it is paramount that I do my part and make sure corporate and management hear of this employees excellence. A great attitude in service is not as easy to come across these days. My order was HOT, correct, and neatly packed. 6/5 stars here. Thanks for dinner.

Just wow. $42.00 bones and I got a raw pizza and undercooked wings. This was the 2nd chance. Won't be a 3rd unless something dramatically changes. Mr/Miss Owner, maybe you should address the complaints instead of praising "good" reviews. It appears undercooked is a theme and it seems like something that is easily fixable.

Keep in mind, you only think to leave a Yelp review for a Pizza Hut if you are upset about something. Out of the thousands of customers that frequent this joint every year, there's a few folks that had an issue. Lmao.Pizza Hut is amazing. I love this place. The best never rests.
