We haven't been here in several years due to poor service and food quality. We decided to give it another shot today and were disappointed again. 45 minutes for a sandwich is nuts. In the years that this place has been in business it astonishes me that they have not figured out a more streamlined way to make a sandwich. My 10-year-old son could probably make 50 sandwiches in less than 45 minutes. But, I am sure that the owners will respond to this comment and somehow it will be me, as the customer, who is at fault somehow. A new process for food delivery should be investigated. Maybe think about training in processes and procedures.

Delicious foods. Warming, since the foods here is excellent don't go here during lunch time. If you do expect 30 minutes wait time to get yours

Very cute little mom & pop bakery and cafe. My wife and I came here for breakfast a few years ago and we came here for lunch with our three kids today. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was great. The cinnamon roll straight-up ridonkulous! ❤️Parking: Plenty of parking in front and in the back.

Had the Chicken Tango sandwich. One of the best sandwiches I have tried. Combination of sweet and savory hit all the right notes. Paired nicely with Texas Tea.

Well we wanted to try this place for the first time and I dont think we will be returning. We were fine with the 35-40 minute wait. I am not sure why it took that long to make one Cappuccino and it didnt have Latte Art. I guess thats fine but both dishes we got were underwhelming. I ordered the jerome and they spared one tbsp of salsa on the entire dish. My partner ordered the chipotle breakfast sandwich and they served it wrong. He asked them to add the cheese they forgot and they gave half of one slice. The serving size for a toddler. We spent $40 and really the only good thing was the service and the sticky buns. Which I guess the sticky bun was way over priced also. Overall We are very disappointed in our experience and I feel like I just wasted our money. Its called Thyme and Dough and we definitely Spent quite a bit of Time and Dough $$$.The business responded with excuses and no accountability. If the bun was only $4.50 then we were overcharged on the POS. Since the Business wants to disregard our experience, that shows poor management and we will definitely not be returning. They did not even ask to see the pictures we took before assuming we were wrong about what happened. A Good Business Owner would have reached out to see the photos we took before making assumptions that the customers are wrong. For the record here is the photo of the cheese option we chose that was forgotten and added after in case anyone was wondering.

I ordered a simple egg and cheese sandwich. It came out with no cheese. I sent it back and it came back with an insulting amount of cheese. We're talking little sliver. I laughed when I saw the "cheese" that they added. Unfortunately, this was my first time there and with this kind of experience, it will be my last. If I do go back, I'll just stick with the baked goods.

A true gem in the growing town of Dripping Springs! Friendly staff, fresh baked goods and food for everyone! I ordered food, took baked items home and ordered a coffee to-go. It was all delicious and tasted freshly made. I loved how they had some items for sale, I assume they are created from local small businesses. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating!

The food we chose was delicious and the salad was great. Only frustrating thing was that we didn't have much time so we could not order what we wanted because of time constraints.

This place is fantastic. We stopped on a whim on a Saturday for lunch. Had a chicken sandwich with salad and a turkey sandwich with salad. Also partook of tuxedo cake (that was out of this world) and several scrumtious pastries for the next day. This will definitely be on our short list for Dripping Springs. Very eclectic setting with over the top nice service. You will not go wrong stopping here.

I waited 45 minutes for a breakfast croissant. It wasn’t busy either. I was sitting outside and youd THINK since they have tons of outdoor seating they’d check to see if a customer is out there waiting for their food? Really weird of them. I also went inside to ask where my food was and no one asked if I needed help. I work in customer service myself as a server, and it was astonishing how no one tried to talk to me as I waited by the cashier to talk to someone. Horrible service.
