Stopped in at Granny Clark’s while passing through town, and wow - what an absolute gem! Their dinner buffet is everything you want in good country cooking and then some. The chicken fried steak was so tender you could cut it with a fork, and the medium-rare steak was cooked perfectly. The mushrooms were awesome, the rolls were downright to die for, and the mac n’ cheese was fantastic - creamy, cheesy, and exactly what comfort food should be.
