“We moved away from Dumas down years ago, & no one here in SETX makes the red sauce for sticky rice. Every time we come visit, we buy as much as we can to bring back home. Nothing compares to the treat of sticky rice & red sauce. It is 1 of the highlights of visiting our home town.”

“When Saowanee & Wash left, we tried the restaurant and it had truly gone downhill. We recently tried it again, and it was AMAZING! The food was great, service was amazing and overall we just loved it. We’ve been back several time since re-trying it and have been pleased every time.”

“Placed order inside for takeout. Asked for condiments when ordering. Looked in bag when I got food. No condiments so had to ask again.. My sandwich and fries were good. However discovered they didn't give me my turnover (I should have looked through my bag better I guess). Needless to say I wasn't going to drive back through all the traffic here after driving 7 hours today. And they probably wouldn't have believed me by the time I got back there. Be sure to check your order carefully before you leave! The girl who rang me up was very friendly but distracted. No recourse for this as I'm just passing through...”
