Our niece recommended this spot as we were looking to grab a bite before driving and I'm so glad she did. It's in an unassuming spot just west of the 87/287 split. We ordered the tripas quesotacos and the diablo burger combo (though I'm not actually sure if I got the diablo or the Pumbah). Everything was fresh and full of flavor - perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked, with perfect flavor and texture combos. Best legit taco truck we have found in Texas. California has tons of good Mexican food. Texas has been a struggle for us. We will definitely stop here again. Hot salsa is really hot but you can’t stop eating it. Thanks for the great lunch.

Stopped in while road tripping from Colorado. Ordered the tacos Al pastor and rice and beans. Absolutely delicious! And the green sauce was super tasty too! Friendly folks and really fast service. Nice to have the covered outdoor tables as well. Highly recommend!
