Mariscos y Birria El Sinaloa is the kind of place you tell your closest friends about. I can’t fully describe how epic the ceviche was the first time I had it here. It’s still amazing and that’s putting it mildly. I’ve visited several years now on the way to/from the OkieTex Star Party and have brought friends. We’re always looking forward to catching a meal here.The shrimp tacos are L-oaded. Two hands are required and I nearly needed to be carted out of the place with my belt unbuckled and pants around my ankles. It’s that good.Note: Cash only. You might catch a rush of students from the nearby Dumas High School at lunch break as they offer specials to students, but it’s well worthwhile. We are generally towing RV’s and park in a gravel lot behind or to the side of the Allsup’s that is next door to the restaurant.I’m dying that I didn’t get a photo of my bestie, bowl to his lips, draining the ceviche on Sept 16. Next time!

Food tasted nasty. It tasted as if the shrimp had not been cleaned. I didnt eat the torre de mariscos nor did my friend eat the aguachiles. because we were scared we would get sick.
