The food was delicious, including the salad bar. The salad bar also had a vast selection with salads, different veggies, sauces, soups, dressing and even pudding.We ordered the tilapia in garlic crust which was very good. The mac n cheese seemed to be out of the box, so I wouldn't recommend that. Long road trip. Stopped in Dumas, TX for the night. Tired and hungry. Went to Pecos Steakhouse. WOW!! Great food. There was a Salad Bar!! I can't recall all the different salads. The lettuce was crisp, the macaroni salads: at least three different kinds were fresh and delicious.Had chicken fried steak....wonderful. Could cut it with a fork. Cream/pepper gravy tasty.
