Literally don’t give you you’re food

It was apparent whoever was running the drive through just a few minutes ago was not paying attention. Got my order wrong and did not provide a receipt so I could get my actual meal. Got charged for a bacanator combo and Recieved a son of baconator. Only a few cars in line, took a long time, and still got my order wrong.

Ordered through doordash had my name on receipt not one of my food item was correct besides the French fries how the receipt gonna tell you what to put in the bag then completely mess it up ?

Placed a mobile order for 2 sandwiches and small potatoes. Sat at the drive thru damn near 20 mins with no updates or anything after being told to pull up from the speaker. I’m the only one at the drive thru and there wasn’t no one inside.

Food is as expected fine. Normal for a Wendy's.
But they are super slow and Dining Room is nasty floor is slick and sticky where it dried I guess..

Food was not marked appropriately. Also was expensive for what was served. Restaurant was clean.
I waited in restaurant over 5 minutes and the manager ignored me after I requested to have someone take my order, Mason the manager asked if I was tired of waiting do my oder on his lobbies tablet. Although I had waited for them to serve the door dash man and 3 cars form the drive. I asked once more to take my order and Mason said he could not nor did he send someone else. Mind you my family of three were the only ones in line to order. Damirs ended up taking my order and her manager Mason watched the whole thing. Both were rude unprofessional and not once apologized for the service that was given. I understand when people are short staffed, however the place was not busy. A simple we will be right there, or even once Damirs was able to attend me have a better attitude. I already knew I would have to wait to get my food, all I was asking was to be attended. Upper management I encourage you pls feel free to watch over cameras take this complain and retrain MANAGEMENT and LOWER staff. It’s a fast food service and expectations are lower and even that they failed to meet them. They chose to work in a customer service environment if this happens when they’re not busy I can’t imagine under pressure.
