Dat Chicken and Seafood

I went and they were not open, the food looks delicious.

The one day I decided to go they were closed google said they was open on Friday and Saturday from 11-9 I was there at 6pm yesterday no one was there all the light was off and I’ve had the food before my job is always getting food from here and I had a taste for it I was very disappointed to see them not even open after I drove from the other side of town.

Drove all the way over here just for it to be closed at 8pm on a Friday

This place is ridiculous It had one time where they were open. And now they changed the time. I placed an order online due to them. Saying they were open this was two weeks ago. They still have not returned my money or have not returned. My phone call every time I go to the place. It's closed every time I call, they say they can't leave a voicemail. Because the messages are full. They took my money out of my account. And I didn't get any food.
And this was another twenty dollar order.This was a forty to fifty dollar order that I placed two weeks ago.And been trying to get in contact with them to reimburse me of my money

While searching for something else, I came across this place. I sat in my car and read the reviews and almost decided not to go in, but I figured I should give it a chance.

When I arrived, a beautiful older woman took my order. It was her first day, and she excelled at customer service. The establishment was clean, and my food was cooked to order.

I ordered chicken and one piece of fish. I intentionally chose one piece because I know how Bob's can be when it comes to what’s advertised versus what you actually get. Unfortunately, the so-called catfish was disappointing. I have no idea what kind of fish it was, but it definitely wasn’t catfish. Look at my pics and decide for yourself. Other than that, everything else was fantastic.

The fried chicken is truly home cooked level. It looks and tastes like actual chicken that was brought at a local farm and then transported to the store rather than the cheapest quality of chicken that came from a mass production factory that goes straight to the location cooking and serving the food (like KFC and Popeyes). I've only been once and I'm definitely going to try it again, but this may become one of my top chicken spots. I know one thing is for sure, I'm done with the slop national chains serve and I'm seeking small business spots like this.

Was craving some fish, but wanted something close - so I found Dat Chicken & Seafood and it checked the box for me. Tucked away in the corner of an older strip center, but worth discovering something local!

This place should be shut down.No chicken no fish no condiments why are you even Open? The service is terrible. I ordered a two plate whole catfish and it took them a whole hour. I place the order at 4:14 the order wasn’t ready till 5:20

I believe the cashier's name was ,,Cy... She was an energetic young lady that took my order very nice as well... I had a large order,, and I understood that the chicken was cooked fresh from what I could tell... I gave the cook about 30 minutes it took about 35 minutes for them to box everything and out the door.. I'm not going to rush an order like that needless to say,, the chicken was good ,, and the sides were still very fresh and hot.. I will be going back..

Why you need a tip for me ordering my food. ??‍♂️Then gave my food half cooked I knew it was gonna be an issue when I didn’t tip.

They take forever I pulled up at 7:20 ish it’s 8:10pm still no food

1st time coming. Ordered the Monday two piece dark special @ $1.99. Had to purchase minimum or 3 orders, but total came under $6. Also tried the shrimp. Everything was hot, crispy and well season for the cheap. Recommend. Host was very friendly. Food came out on time.
