Honestly I come here every other day and I keep coming bc one : it’s the closest and two : I hope it’ll be different, but I always end up so disappointed. Today I decided just to keep on driving and simply leave a review.Out of all the times that I’ve ever visited to this location I want to say about 15% of the time they get my order correct and that might be a little gracious even at that. I came through one night in December last year to get 3 pup cups for our 3 family dogs, 1 made special since we knew it’d probably be his last. They did not disappoint, he got the best pup cup for the best boy. The guy working that night at the window was very kind, I wish I’d left a review sooner. This is Buddy he was very old but he enjoyed the pup cup (once he realized what it was) he ate the whole thing lol Thank you guys for being so kind that night

We went in this restaurant today 2-16-24Ticket 661454The manager or whoever the older gentleman was. Was the worse employee (manager, maybe) that I have ever encountered. He was running the employees like a sweat shop. Very much micromanage his employees, which is messing the employees up. I have never seen this store so messed up. I love going to this location because of service. But I believe it will end due to him.
