I must say whataburger is consistent with its poor customer service. tonight I tried this location. haven't been here in a while. there was an employee in front of me on her cell... when she got to the register, she swirled the computer around and put her own order in instead of ordering from the associate. it was so rude. I guess she thought she was going to be quicker than him but she wasnt. so now, there's a few people behind her. she's still talking on the phone while trying...read full review
