They are delightful, in a great mood, and know how to keep a conversation going, making customers feel at home and welcome. They offer excellent drink recommendations, especially for first timers, and are very knowledgeable and patient when helping. The matcha is so good, and the recommended caramel macchiato was great. Orders are taken quickly and drinks come out fast even with a line. The experience is fun and pleasant, leading customers to definitely return.
