“Prefer to order from this location than any other. They're pizza and bread sticks are on point all the time, never raw or over cooked. Other places the bread sticks tastes like tree branches or the dough is not baked completely. This location should be a training center for other location employees no lie. Keep up the good job guys“

“We just stopped by to get my 20mth old a slice of cheese pizza and wow I was taken back by the portion and how amazing the pizza was! Super friendly staff and not to mention their warm cookies. They definitely need to open more locations! 👍🏾👍🏾“

“Even though there was a small mess up with my order and had to wait another 10 min for a new one, I was not bothered at all. Employees were so sweet and handled the issue right away and were as sweet as ever. One being the manager (I’m assuming) & another employee by the name of Nick. Excellent customer service, will definitely always pick this location.“

“Saw this place on Apple Maps and my eye was caught by what looked like a mini Taco pizza. I was not disappointed HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying that because it was easily some of the best pizza I’ve eaten 10/10 even took some home for the next day.“

“Fresh, hot and delicious were the pizzas I got. A pepperoni regular crust and a thin and crispy. There was a little mix up on my order but the employees there were really prompt and got my order corrected. Very friendly staff and very clean and organized location.“

“I give it a 4 because I’ve never had messed up orders but it’s ALWAYS a hassle to place orders over the phone, I’ve called up to 12-14 times until they pick up, and then I get placed on hold, or I have been told when I show up that they’re very busy so they’re not picking up the phone.
Another thing is that their customer service could be better, I’ve noticed is mostly in the young people.“

“I've lived in my hometown since birth and through the years have gone dined in nd have take out at the Pizza Hut on Old Bussiness 83. An I must say through the years the service has gotten to exceptional and I've traveled the RGV nd other states and The RGV Pizza hut especially at home have the best tasting, hot ? and ready to dine in or eat out Pizza , Pastas, Calzones, Salads and deserts! “Nice new location that is kept very clean. The staff was friendly and nice when ordering. The girl that took my order even made sure to let me know about the wait time for items they didn't have hot and ready. If you have to wait for items there are only 2 seats in the small lobby so you may have to wait in your car. This location also has a drive-thru to make pickup even easier. You can also order ahead with the app and they will have it ready at a given time in the pizza portal box for pickup with no wait. Pizzas were shown to me before taking them and everything looked good and hot. Good location will be back again“

“Things have changed since I was last here at this location. It has been a good 3 yrs that I had stopped coming due to this place being very dirty and it use to always have a bad smell. Today I walked in and omg I'm beyond proof the change. Restrooms are nice and clean, soap and toilet paper is fully stocked. Trash is not over flowing to the floor. Beyond happy to see this place change. I even asked for management Gaby and I congratulates her in person. Food is great atmosphere is welcoming ?.“
