I've been wanting to try Sayo's since I first started working in Edinburg and man it did not disappoint!
The service was awesome. Super nice guy behind the counter, and they're fast! I waited no more than 10 minutes.
The portion size was giant! I could barely finish the taco! I loved it so much too. The flavor, the amount of cheese and meat, tons of sides to add to it AND they are generous with the salsa.
You need to try it! I highly recommend it! I'm pretty picky when it comes to tacos and Mexican food but holy moly this was a gem. 5 stars mang!“

“Got together w a couple of coworkers, waitress was great. Food was okay, our charro beans were cold. The shots tasted like coolaid lol, idk if there was any liquor in them but enjoyed the time. We went early and left before 11 as it was a Xmas get together for our gift exchange. Would be better if they had a few booths or the highchairs w a back lol. All stools so uncomfortable. Overall it was a good time.“

“Since it's usually empty, the ambient is good. I found it fun but their beer options are limited, and my bf believes they need better equipment (they have pool tables and a few pool sticks). Nonetheless, if you're looking for a place to chill with your friends and drink a couple of cold ones, this could be a good spot.“
“If you ever have extra time before your flight — or if you’re stuck during a delay — do yourself a favor and grab the Cuban sandwich at Cocina & Bar ALMA. It is, hands down, the best Cuban I’ve ever had at any airport.
The bread is warm, soft, and perfectly fluffy, the pork and ham are seasoned beautifully, and the dressing ties everything together with that authentic Cuban flavor. Add in a side of crispy, well-seasoned fries, and you’ve got a meal that feels like a hidden gem inside MFE.
