As a chef, I always appreciate a restaurant that puts heart into every dish, and tonight did not disappoint.
The Jjajangmyeon was absolutely outstanding, rich, savory, and perfectly comforting. The pork belly was cooked to perfection, and the Jjamppong was a beautifully warming seafood noodle soup packed with flavor. Every homemade banchan, especially the kimchi, was fresh, and delicious.
