Call and ask if they have the A/C turned on …. If not don’t even try it can’t even enjoy your food because you’re dripping in sweat …..

Literally worst service ever. They have me waiting for 45 minutes and im seeing people inside keep getting their food and they just walked in 30 minites after I ordered.keep in mind I had to order in person because they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then one of their phone numbers doesn’t even work. Food is now all cold because apparently they tried looking for me and couldn’t find me when the girl with the food literally came to my car and asked if my name was something totally different and I said no it’s stephanie and she walked away and never tried me again. Food is now cold. This has happened at least 3 times and I always come back to give them a chance, well not again. And then their workers are outside chatting with guys and I see them standing around doing nothing. Horrible place and their food is getting worse every time too.

Good food, the timing takes forever tho.

I used to go to this restaurant for about 2-3 years on the daily, used to think it was one of the best Mexican restaurants in the valley, until around 2024 the restaurant went to “💩”
The meat itself was always so oily (like I just dump grease all over the meat), it always felt like I was chewing on rubber, and I would always getting sick/stomach problems when Iv tried to eat there. No, it’s not just me and Yes, I have eating at other Mexican restaurants and have not had any of these problems. Please do not waste your time and don’t eat here, I respect the people who work here and the place itself is well set, but it SUCKS.

I ordered 3 sincronizadas for pickup and when we open them they had a weird smell and did not looked seasoned enough and when chewing the meat it tasted like not cooked all the way the meat it was disgusting 😑 and called to complaint but supposedly the manager had tasted the meat and it was good. But in reality is not If the meat would be good I would of never complaint. I would not recommend to go to this place because of the meat quality.
