Delicious and high-quality ceremonial matcha with one of the best recipes in the RGV! I like how they have a variety of flavors, milk (special mention: pistachio milk), and sweeteners (my favorite is agave). It’s entertaining to watch the matcha baristas make the matcha in front of customers.

Sip Matcha in Edinburg is fantastic! The mango matcha was perfectly balanced—sweet, smooth, and super refreshing. The atmosphere is minimal and cute, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely be back for another drink soon!
