Best tacos I've had, not greasy at all and good flavor. And the bistec isn't all chewy like a lot of other taco places. This will be my go to now
Delicious!
My husband discovered this place after our usual spot closed. And we love this place so much more. It’s priced well for the portions, and everything is delicious.

Taqueria Mi Matamoros is a top-notch Mexican food stop that consistently impresses customers. The food is fresh, with favorites like sopes, tostadas, tortas, and hot dog especial. They also offer weekly lunch specials that keep customers coming back. The service is attentive, and the prices are great, making it a highly recommended taqueria in Edinburg. Even when it's busy, especially on weekends, the food never disappoints.
