My husband and son are truck drivers. They stopped at the Whataburger in Edna TX. Since you are not allowed in the dining room right now, they stood in the drive thru to place their order. A lady with a headset on, walked all the way down there where they were and told them they could not be there. She refused to take their order and made them leave. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. She said the only way they could order was thru the app. And they tried to download the app but there wasn’t good enough connection to load the app. They finally walked across to CHURCH’S CHICKEN who was happy to take their order.“
