Let’s get into it. 1) so much food is ready to go, but it sits, they make so much for it to just go bad. There is only a certain amount of time cooked product can sit out before you have to pull it. It’s chicken it can cause serious food poisoning. Also fries, old and cold… or their favorite double cooked because they refuse to make anything fresh when asked. The rolls are set on the bottom not even in the heat lamp to keep them warm. It’s all ridiculous, just so they can stand around with their hands literally in their pockets. I’ll will come back to this review because this place needs to be inspected.

One person in the dining room. Every table dirty as hell. Big heifer got my order wrong and had a nasty attitude when asked for correction. I'm done with chicken E. Big prices small pieces.

I went through the Drive through, I ordered my food.My chicken was burnt.I Went inside there was a gentleman with A dust pan in his hand He puts the dust pan Walks over to another customer grabs. Her cup fills it with ice comes back to me. Ask if you could help me all why not washing his hands? I tell him about my food being burnt. I handled my piece of chicken. He, goes over grabs my piece of chicken with the Pinchers. Put it on the counter reaches up, Grabs another piece of chicken, then places the pinchers back in their holder. Come back, I tell him that that is very unsanitary. And he tells me. That he put my piece of chicken on the counter.After I have handled it.How many other People's chicken.Did they touch with those pinchers that my hands Touched the piece of chicken that they touched. My macaroni and cheese has stuff in it. I called the manager and he didn't seem to care. Said he had no other complaints about the macaroni. And cheese.

This place has gone down hill. Not sure what has changed but the service here is horrendous. Food is ok sometimes.

I went to the driveway through around 7:15 pm and ask for a 8 piece all dark meat, the girl said we can't do that. I said why and she replied because it says that mixed.. so I can't order a 8 piece dark meat. She said nope. I can't wait until el Campo gets another chicken place I'm tired of this place anyways.
I love Chicken Express! It is yummy! However, it is ridiculous for that business to have not fixed the air conditioning. Those employees are around our food and they have them in a sweat shop. I cannot even imagine what the temperature is back in the kitchen, but it is not good or safe working conditions. Even if the parts are out of stock or something, they could get window units or alternative a/c options to cool the air for the employees and the customers. They do have a couple fans for customers but hot air circulated is still hot air.

Worse food ever.. the chicken that I got looked like it was sitting under the light all day or the day before and just reheated. The Mac & cheese looked like Velveeta cheese and that all it was just cheese. The container had gravy all over the place.

Me and my husband Try to place a order thru drive thru and was told they where not cooking no more tender I we where placing 4 orders and they said “I only have enough for the one order, cause we are not dropping no more tenders” it was before 9 when we got there what kind of service is this there closing time is at 10
