This has been a true favorite since the 1970's. Philly Cheese Steak is my favorite. This establishment is quite unique. 😋
The past 4 times I have been here, within the past year, the food is hit or miss. Either the meat is so old and chewy and the sides are good or the meat is ok and sides are disappointing. Years ago the brisket had awesome flavor, a good seasoned bark and smoke ring with smoke flavor. Now it seems there is no seasoning whatsoever and it taste like it’s smoked for maybe 2 hours and then thrown in a hotbox. The turkey is so salty, hard, and chewy.
