Great store with lots of beef, steak, and sausage choices. Need to give the mad man pushing the wet sweeper around another assignment or time to do it though. He was turning circles around all 3 of us as well as other customers. There was no escaping...we'd relocate and there was again. Was beginning to think it was a hidden camera prank.
Evaluating Any Barbecue or Smokehouse Comes Down To This One Thing....
My friend was hyping this place up and though I really wanted to love it, and it's got some very good points, ultimately or falls short.
The good. Customer service, friendly, professional, nice vibe and ambience. A very wide selection of sauces and salsas, very clean restrooms.

The brisket here is absolutely delicious, tender, and full of flavor. There's a great variety of sides to choose from, which really enhances the meal. As a resident of EC, I was surprised I hadn’t discovered this place sooner—but I’m glad I finally did. I’ve officially found my go-to spot for brisket. Highly recommended.
