Very disappointed on the service here and the management is very unprofessional. I placed an order for pickup and they got my order wrong and I had to go back up there then they was all arguing with me and even the owner like where do they do this at, never in my life have I been treated this way. And then they have a mom and two daughters there that was ganging up on me so unprofessional. And they told me never to come back again like what so rude and unprofessional.

Crew got my order completely wrong and didn’t just simply fix it instead all 3 old lady’s started talking about me and yelling at me i asked for a refund and she refused and said only owner can give refund, when i tried to talk to owner he didn’t respond to me or try to listen to their mistake and why i wanted a refund i asked for his name and he said donald trump so unprofessional.

We sat at a table & saw 2 parties that came in after us get menus & drink orders, noticed that waitress apparently told ours we needed menus, we were about to get up & leave. Our waitress came over with menus & got our drink order, we waited 10 minutes for drinks. She got our order & came out with it about 15 minutes later. My husband asked for rice for his side & got fries. She never came to see if we needed anything such as ketchup or refills. We will not be going back due to this.

We stopped in at opening at 11 am on a Tuesday. Awesome service and food. We ordered lunch specials, so smaller portions were expected, but no! We walked out quite full. I checked out the salad bar (that I didn't need because the lunch specials come with a salad), and this is what I'll get next time because there are so many options, including proteins. Everything we ate was made just so or tasted better than most at good prices. We WILL be back.

We ordered fried mushrooms and a few of them were still very cold. Then when my steak came out it was definitely not how I ordered it. It had good flavor but it was a little tough. My drink was never refilled....

The food last night was terrible. Catfish had some nasty prebatter on it as was the chicken fried steak. First catfish wasn't done. Chicken fried steak and potatoes were cold. Grilled zucchini was greasy and salad had little to no salad leaves but all hard cores in it. Had cocktail sauce and it was watered down homemade.....gross

Used to love this place but it's just not the same. French fries were so old greasy didn't eat them. Asked for brown gravy on side but place was covered in it. They did fix it, but not fries.

We had the pork chops dinner. My wife had the chops with grilled zucchini and the salad bar. The salad bar had fresh vegetables. The normal salads, i.e., potatoe salad, bean salad, cottage cheese, and Waldorf salad, to mention a few. They had sweets as well. I had the chops and fries with a side salad w/honey mustard dressing. The chops were seasoned perfectly and not dry. The meal cost around $30.00. We had lemon water for our drinks. All in all a very good dinner at a very reasonable price. We will be going back again.

They were busy on Monday when we can but the service was outstanding and the food was great. Salad bar was delicious and had good options to choose from.
