What an amazing place. I had the pleasure to dine here and the food, staff, and environment was great. I highly recommend this place while visiting El Paso.
Yo know some day ..just crossed by
My wife and I went to eat there twice. The first time was great staff was excellent food was good. However on our second time there our waitress came by our table twice once to take our drink order then food order. We never saw her again someone else brought the food, which was nasty. Neither of us finished our meal and I haven't been back since and won't go back. Food and service are terrible.

Ámbar Restaurante offers pretty good food, especially for a hotel restaurant. The quality of the dishes is definitely a step up from what you’d expect at most hotel spots. The ambiance is nice too—elegant and inviting, making it a pleasant place to dine.
That said, the prices are on the high side. While the food is good, it doesn’t quite justify the cost, especially if you’re not staying at the hotel. Overall, it’s a decent place to try, but expect to pay a premium for the experience.
Amber is a hotel restaurant. Sadly, hotel restaurants are typically poor in quality and high in price. Neither is true at Ambar. The breakfasts were excellent, with only one caution they don't really offer a typical American breakfast. They do have a couple of item (for example bacon and eggs), but largely the offering is Latino and the breakfasts found in inner Mexico. I went with a variety breakfast tacos and all were amazing. We were lucky enough to get Ashley as our server. She brought a smile to the table and very pleasant conversation. Thanks Ashley! The restaurant is beautifully decorated. My photo below shows the turkey breakfast tacos. I loved the technique where they caramelized the cheese on the corn tortilla before placing the main ingredients.

Beautiful spot for a romantic getaway! Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with my husband looking forward to visiting again.
Dietary restrictions: I personally have to eat gluten-free due to celiac, and there was quite a variety of food during the brunch that I was able to enjoy.
Parking: The only parking we found was garage parking, but there was some construction going on. However, the parking was not expensive and it was fairly close to the restaurant.
