“Nachos were cold. Some plates came out and some came 10 minutes later. Appetizers came out after food was served. Had to ask 3 times about where our drink order was. 2nd round of drinks were cancelled after 30 minute wait. Restaurant was at about 40% full. No reason for such poor service.“

“We were sat immediately. Our waitress, Katie, gave excellent service. Prices were very reasonable. Food was absolutely delicious! We had Chorizo Queso Dip, Poblano Spinach Dip, Green Chili Burger, Spicy Habanero Burger, and Bacon Guacamole Burger, all with fire fries. Everything was served hot and fresh. Samantha Pedroza, manager, checked on our table. I had previously met with her regarding holding an event at the restaurant. She was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Based on our initial meeting, I knew I had to dine here and I was not disappointed! Liz Chavez also checked to see how are dining experience went. She was also very nice and professional. This will be one of my go to restaurants!“

But overall an extraordinary experience with wonderful service, and ambience. Loved the amuse bouche touch from the chef. Gorgeous view. Very enjoyable celebration. They honored our celebration with a free cocktails. That was also very classy.“

“Great Tex Mex restaurant with a great history in El Paso. Genuine home cooking that is delicious and unpretentious to El Paso Mexican food. I had the jimmie chunga plate with green chili cheese and queso, and it was absolutely delicious. I went where here with a friend. And I didn't regret it. It was seriously good food can't believe that I've driven past this. Like many times and this is the first time since 1976 that I've walked in these doors. I will be back! Mil Gracias!“

“Had my pre interview dinner here and the place was amazing. Had a table in the back and got a chicken burger while others got the steak, fajitas and plenty more. My burger was soggy from the sauce so couldn’t eat it without a fork and nice but still was delicious ! Waiter was quick and it wasn’t too crowded. Private sections to have conversations as well and a bar area !“

“There were 10 of us arriving about 2 p.m. They seated us in about 20 minutes. Their arrest table was a big round one that seated 7, so they seated at two tables that were very near one another. It worked well for our group.
Our server, Eileen, did an excellent job and was very personable.
They were very busy, so I was a little loud for my taste, but it was a fun atmosphere.
The appetizers came soon and we're delicious. When the food came, it was all good also.

“The Remcon store in El Paso is the OG and it shows. The new one in Horizon city is much smaller and the atmosphere not as homey or welcoming and just Didn’t like the food quite frankly.“

“Went to Mesa Street for lunch yesterday with a group of 10. We were on a tight schedule so we called ahead and asked if they could set up a table for us quickly. The staff handled it perfectly. They had us seated fast and the service was excellent the whole time.

The food was great and everything came out quickly which helped us stay on schedule. Even with a large group they kept things smooth and organized.

Really appreciated how accommodating they were. Great spot for lunch and they made the whole experience easy. We will definitely be back.“

“I have been to Mac's several times and try to get something new each time. I drive into El Paso a few times a year and I always stop by here. they make the most amazing flavors of cheesecakes. this last time I tried a new dessert which was a bourbon bread pudding. Oh man it was to die for! but I think this lost weekend I found my favorite dish. Grilled Salmon with an amazing mushroom lemon sauce on a bed of rice. its served with a refreshing and crisp spinach salad on the side. they have amazing po boys lobster mac and cheese and other favorites but this Salmon with the mushroom sauce is by far my favorite. I almost went in again for another plate before I left town lol. The people there are amazing they're friendly and attentive. 5 stars And I always recommend them to my friends and family and El Paso. they've never been disappointed! thanks Mac's for never letting me and my hungry fam down! 💕“

“Look I can't say enough about this restaurant. Yhe food is good . The service is good however at 7pm the cook staff had their long hair flying around as the cook. Not asking for much but can you please put a hair net on as per the health codes. Unfortunately in have been served food in this very restaurant with added fur in the plate. Wasn't nice then and if it happens again the health department reports aren't going to be good.
On the other hand as I said the food I great and the whole place noce and clean.“
