Another fantastic meal at Taft Diaz. Ribeye steak was done to perfection, the bone marrow appetizer was exceptional, and a new one for us was the Lobster Spaghetti. Delicious! And as always the bar and wait staff were superb and very accommodating. Excellent meal to show my brother in law one of the best restaurants in El Paso!
Taft Diaz is what El Paso was missing. An upscale restaurant with great service. The servers take pride in their service by describing your meal, giving recommendations, checking in, and helping the customer enjoy themselves. The food is excellent- my favorite is the corn soup. The decor is fantastic. They have descending lights and a view of the kitchen where chef's prepare.

What a vibe! Soft music with eye pleasing dining area with natural light to start your day off right. We started with the Stanton house breakfast which is eggs your style with bacon or sausage, pancakes or toast, & orange juice or coffee. What a delish experience. We didn’t leave anything on our plates.
