I called in for a pickup on a medium special and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived on time, threaded my way through the empty tables crowded into the tiny restaurant space, and paid at the counter. The pizza was not ready. So, since there was absolutely no space left to stand, I sat at a tiny table near the register.
