Great food, nice vibes. Amazing service from Andrew. Ran into a little hiccup with the check and it got rectified almost immediately.

Not sure why reservations are needed in an empty restaurant. Had to sit at the bar which is fine but because the service was amazing except for the dirty rag smell. The drinks were ok, the food was delicious. We were offered a table after sitting at the bar, but were told we would have to leave it at 6:45. We were there until 8 and still there was a half empty restaurant with plenty of tables. Just a suggestion, maybe have a few extra tables in case reservations do not show up or in case people want to go unexpectedly and spend their hard earned money.

We ate downstairs in the Bistro. The food was good, not great or amazing. The best thing we ate was the Pork Belly Tacos. The mussels and fries were ok but we had to dig through the huge pile of fries on top to find the 10ish mussels. Our main entrees, mushroom chicken and seafood medley were both bland and needed salt. We enjoyed the hibiscus margaritas. Service was really slow (they were at full capacity) but Mia was very nice when she was at our table. I appreciated that they had looked at my Open Table profile and knew our anniversary was 2 days away even though I didn't add that to the reservation. Mia said she had planned to bring an anniversary cake to us, but by the time she came back after the entrees we had to go to show at the Plaza and couldn't take leftovers in nor would I want to leave the food in my car for hours. May try them again on a less busy night and/or try to fine dining upstairs.
Went here to get a quick meal before our show started. Didnt disappointed. Our waitress was amazing. Friendly, cheery and a great smile. My gf and i were very impressed w the service she gave us. I feel horrible for not remembering her name but she is an anamazing waitress. Food was so good. I had the a11 burger and my gf had the buffalo chicken flat bread. Both were amazing. Food has always been top notch and reasonably priced. Need to go back more often.
Driest steak I have ever had. Was not a $42 steak. Very disapointed. 2 stars was for the dessert.

The restaurant did not have it's best last night due to timing of service. We set a 6:30 reservation to dine before a 7:30 show at the Plaza and our party of 4 was 15 minutes early. The hostess was awesome and led us to the bar for any drinks we wanted to order while she insured the table they had for us was clean and ready then we were seated quickly. Bar service was quick and the floor manger was welcoming and attentive. We waited a while for our server to arrived at the table. While the restaurant was busy it was not full. Appears the server and the kitchen were out of sync. I will put this issue mostly on the SERVER as additional drinks ordered could be seen ready on the bar ready for delivery for 8 minutes +- and the appetizer came out with the main course's only warm and not at the temperature a fried calamari dish should be. The crab cake appetizer was the same. The mozzarella flatbread was cool and lacking the cheese on multiple slices. I tasted my wife's meatloaf which was also only warm and the coolness of the meat left the taste lacking. Appears food sat ready to go but no server. We finished dinner at 7:05 and did not see the server until 7:15 which was only after we asked the floor manager to please get our check. Overall 2 1/2 Stars for this night. However, I will be back because I know this was not their best and when they are it's Great!! Due to timing I did not speak with the floor manger. In closing, the server, while polite when we saw him, could use additional training in multiple areas to properly represent an El Paso Gem. RGS
Very nice experience; convenient for pre-show events at Plaza theater. Meal was delicious and atmosphere, great.
Disappointingly, they have again changed their menu and taken off dishes that I liked. Also the dirty martini was not as good as usual. However Issac, the Floor Manager and Jaden, our server, were outstanding. The good was very good.
