We have now been to Anson 11 (the bistro) twice and I think I’m done giving them chances. One thing that IS great is the service. I had the black and bleu bison burger and it definitely was not worth the hefty price tag. I’ve had better for $12 at Great American. And the chips it came worth smelled way too strongly of cumin. Came here 12/12/25 and I just wanted to give a shout out to our waiter. He was so nice, knew the menu and was very patient even though some people in our group didn't know what they wanted. He was willing to guide the guests through the menu and provide amazing recommendations. I don't remember his name, but managers of anson 11, please give kudos to this kind gentleman who took care of the table of 6 with the reservation at 6:45 this evening!

We chose Anson 11 to celebrate our daughter’s graduation, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming, the food was exceptional, and the drinks were outstanding.
