The service was at best mediocre. I asked for a side salad before my meal but the waiter forgot and brought the salad after I had finished my meal. The wait staff seemed bothered to serve our party of 10 and I felt rushed. It seemed as if they wanted us to leave and they closed the door to the dining area we reserved because our party was loud. The entire restaurant was full to capacity and was a mad house. Our party did not add to the chaos. I will not dine here again.

James the manger isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty! Ashley the bartender was quick with the drinks! Jasmine Wright is the most beautiful person I’ve ever met. Last but not least. The chefs steaks were on point.

Went back yesterday to visit the one and only JAZZY, because we always enjoy her fun and bubbly personality, always attentive, positive attitude and absolutely hilarious and considerate to all of her tables even when it’s busy as a usual Saturday night!! We saw that one of her tables were giving her a hard time, we witnessed that they were uptight and rude, but JAZZY handled it well and professionally and still had a positive attitude and saw her do her best which is always no less than BEST for the outstanding server she is. My family and I will always choose and choose and choose her and always recommend to ask for her. Bullying of any kind should not be tolerated by any means even from a customer!!! Thank you once again and will be back soon JAZZY!!!

Talk about misrepresentation. I had it with this place, so I thought I should let you all know. Second time I order the rib eye (if you can call it that). Shame on me for letting Applebee’s fool me twice. First of all to the steak itself- about half an inch thick at best. Overcooked both times- probably because it was too thin for a ribeye. We all know they are supposed to be over an inch thick. The portion of sides are nothing at all. Really dishonest in my opinion to dupe customers. Definitely not worth $25. Look at photos of what they represent for the steak. And the pathetic appetizer was just as bad. Secondly, the survey is a farce. They don’t honor them. Manager couldn’t even come out to tell me. They just sent the server. The manager is this place is a dishonest person in my opinion. Never even set foot out on the floor.

Came here for my besties bday and it was amazing ! food was so great and fresh , everything came out quickly , staff was super friendly , our server Amanda was very attentive and manager Gavin did an excellent job at checking up on us! The best Applebees i’ve gone to in El Paso!

We were seated for over 15minutes and no waiter or waitress came to attend to us several tables were dirty no one cleaning or picking up the tables just really bad experience and seemed beyond understaffed. We ended up walking out bc no one attended to us. Not recommend
