A quick drive thru for lunchtime brisket barbecue sandwiches. Very smoky and tasty.Stopped for breakfast and the breakfast tacos with scrambled eggs and chopped beef taste great. The green salsa is spicy. Yummy.
Delicious country BBQ with lots of smoked meats. You order everything at the counter and they pack up a box for you that you carry to your own table. Servers do still come and check if you need anything during your meal, but for the most part you pick up everything before you even sit. The smoked turkey is so good!

I have been to El Paso numerous times and never knew Rudy's existed. They were recommended to us by a colleague.It appears they like to repurpose old gas stations into BBQ restaurants. The atmosphere reminded me of eating at a church brunch with tables next to each other on long rows and a very high ceiling.
