Arby's in El Paso

“Food here is always what I would expect from Arby's. As a franchise, this place is solid for hot deli sandwiches and similar offerings. Gyros and the beef and cheddar sandwiches are always on point with fresh ingredients, and every online order we've made has been packed with care.

The service at this location is great. The manager seems to be working there every time we go to eat here, and is always incredibly friendly and talkative. Even after just ordering twice from here, they know us and give us our order.

This location got renovated within the past few years, but I appreciate that they kept the old tall hat sign up. I miss when fast food places would have more visual flavor and neat decor. This makes the location so memorable and distinct, and Dyer Street would have something missing without it.

Generally, Arby's isn't the vibe for a lot of people in the area, but this location hits if you remember it from elsewhere in the US.“

“Chris Hernandez the manager and his team at the Eastlake location did a wonderful job taking care of me and my family. The food was made fresh and delicious. Thank you so much. I'm definitely recommending this place to family and friends.“

“Portions seemed smaller than back in the day but still that same excellent quality of roast beef. I got the 2 for 8 but noticed another store had it 2 for 7. Just make sure you get appropriate one compared to store. I'd def reccomend the food though.“

“The city really has got it against this Arby's if they only had an access thru Joe Battle Blvd they would get more business, But people get confused and can't find the entrance, The first time I came here passed the store and didn't see an entrance so I had to go around the hole block and come in thru the Walmart parking lot in order to find the entrance to Arby's, And it because I just really like the 1/2 pounders is why I keep coming back. AMEN!“

“Yesterday we walked in to this Arby’s. There was a young lady by the name of Nora, a Manager by the name of Kevin and an awesome staff.
It is one of the best Arby’s in El Paso.
Nora was so friendly, she welcomed us and
She is fast ! Her integrity, her hard work, and even to keep the restaurant clean is very impressive plus, to get the orders out on time, left the speechless in the best way possible.
What a team, the food was so delicious and fresh even the turnovers. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy anything or everything on the menu. Thank you so much Nora and team for a job well done.

“As I came into the establishment I was welcomed by the Manager Mr. Chapparo this isn’t usual in fast food especially opening the door but was very tasteful and professional. As I was eating I observed his watch and asked him a few questions and before he answered he ensured I was ok and was enjoying my food then proceeded to answer my questions. A very disciplined and drive. leader, will continually visit this location. He is managing this location well.“
