About Arby's

Arby's offers fresh and delicious food, with organized packaging for takeout orders. The chicken nuggets are appealing and tasty, though there may sometimes be a wait due to the frying process. While the presentation could be better, the food remains tasty and fresh. Some orders might not be prepared as requested, with sauce and cheese added unexpectedly. The Hi-C drink was watered down, but the service is friendly and welcoming. The double meat gyro is excellent, although it could use more cucumber sauce. Customers have noted that the roast beef and Cheddar is decent, and the fish sandwich can be delicious after adding more cheese and tartar sauce. Many consider this location the best Arby's in El Paso, highlighting the super friendly staff and clean seating area. The establishment also carries the Arby's melt. Staff here are attentive and ensure the dining area is always clean, making it a great choice for families. The food quality is consistently praised, with many willing to travel across town for this specific Arby's. The back area looks clean, and tables are cleaned immediately after use. There is wheelchair accessibility with a ramp at the curb, and no stairs in the building, making it very kid-friendly.
