Employee jackson was very nice and helped me with my order when I didnt understand the menu. The store is also very clean and i love that they have games for the kids. Will be going again.

This place is the best! Shave ice is one of my favorite things to have. This is the place where you would want to hang out with friends and families. One of my favorite things about this place is the game where you have to swing a small ring to a hook to make it in. That is one of the best experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went here recently to try and stay cool, because of this heat outside! Not my first time trying Bahama Bucks but decided to leave my review from today’s visit on 6/12/26. As soon as you walk in this place is super clean, spotless from top to bottom. Tables are always wiped down, trash is never packed or overflowing. The employees always greet you and welcome you to Bahama bucks. They have a large variety selection menu of shaved ice, so many flavors to choose from. They also have delicious smoothies, Red Bull energy drinks. (Zero sugar) and so much more. Restrooms are always clean as well. Employees are very friendly, polite and patient when ordering. Do recommend Bahama bucks over to everyone.

I love coming here but last few times the guys working have no customer service and it shows on the product. Order a code with ice cream and there was barely any ice cream.

This is usually our go to place but the last two times we have gone the snow cones are missing flavor halfway through! It wasn’t just one but all three of them. We went two hours before closing time and the guy that helped us seemed bothered that we were there. The snowcone also tasted salty! The shake that my husband received literally tasted like straight milk. Definitely not going back.

Great service & excellent recommendations!! From the smoothie, sno & Dr Paradise, everything was fantastic!! Minor drawback, all the tables were dirty. Otherwise, great experience!

Great service.

We usually love this place and come constantly. We come here at 11-11:10 on weekends because they open earlier and it gives my husband time to get a drink before work. This is the second time now with whoever was working today that they have not been open at 11 and aren’t even close to being prepared and have the doors still locked at 11:20. Either change your hours or have your staff show up on time.

Their DoorDash is horribly inconsistent however, in person the store is clean and their snow cones are more flavored

This place used to be good. Three different snow cones, and three different people. Watermelon, root beer, and tigers blood. We all agreed the flavor wasn’t how it used to be. Not sure what the problem is, but definitely won’t come again unless reviews look better.

Came in at a super busy time and the employees were still on top of it, no drop in the quality as the sno was delicious, definitively will come again

Bad Bahama Bucks experience in El Paso. Ordered two large flat tops, Extra Cherry and Horchata. The extra Cherry was red tainted ice with no flavor while the horchata had both flavors making it taste terrible. Didn’t notice this until I had reached home. Two teen age males were working with the one on the counter hurriedly taking my order.

This place is spectacular.

I had a terrible first experience at Bahama Buck’s. I ordered the Oasis Smoothie, and watched the employee make it without real strawberries. When I asked, she told me it doesn’t come with any—but online it clearly says it does. The smoothie tasted like banana and yogurt, nothing like what I expected. I feel misled and wasted my money. Definitely not coming back.
