UNDERSTAFFED - On a Sunday, the poor employee had to man the drive-thru, lobby, and carry-out orders BY HERSELF… she was fast and polite but this mismanagement was UNFAIR to both the employee and the customers. Unacceptable wait, but I still gave her a tip because she was doing the best she could given the circumstances.

I paid cash and the person that took my money at the cash register asked me if I wanted my change back. I took from their fridge one pre-made quart of ice-cream, that means that they wanted to keep my change as a tip for just taking the money at the register? Really?
