The service is awesome, the only issue i had was the scanner that doesn't scan the rewards code efficiently it take multiple attempts before it scans correctly.

Ok, I will share my secret combination of flavors. I love chocolate and peanut butter. However, deep dark chocolate is my best flavor, now don't forget the rocky road, mmmm. Came to get some ice cream with my fiancé and the worker was helping someone else with their order and as we’re sitting there, waiting for our turn, she finishes up and we see her licking her fingers and she ate a cherry off of the spoon she was serving with. Did not wash her hands or anything. Very disgusting

I went at 10:20, and they tell me there closed, but it says they close at 11, like really how does that make sense, guess they didn’t want more customers, they where very rude to definitely won’t be going there no more?♀️

They had a good amount of selections and the woman at the counter was very sweet and welcoming! I was very surprised and excited to see they even had non-dairy options. My first time eating ice cream in forever I was so happy it was super yummy! ?
My mom and I decided to stop by earlier today for an ice cream cone and everything at this location 10790 pebble hills blvd was Great!!! ? Customer service was awesome? which made us feel very welcome, and the ice cream cone was delicious! ? We had gone yesterday to the one located on 12379 edgemere blvd and waited in line for almost an hour, then when we were next in line for drive threw the cashier decided to not receive us at all. She didn't even wave to say closed or nothing. We saw her counting the money to close the register then saw her dancing and totally ignoring us and the rest of the customers behind us. She never came to the window to atleast let us know they were closed. My mom and I were very upset ? at this location on 12379 edgemere blvd, we never feel welcomed and the ice cream and cones taste totally different.

Hours of operation say "closes at 10pm". We got there at 9:35, and all the buckets of ice cream were already out of the display freezers and they were being put away. The rude girl that works there, should not. Her tasteless, unfunny comments were disrespectful. She should go get a different job where she doesn't have to interact with customers. She told me that the guy was going to help us because "I'm busy" lol The guy was nice, and polite and asked us what we wanted, but we decided to not bother because again, the buckets were out, and I didn't want to have to ask which flavor was which. This is the first time I've had an unpleasant experience there. This is also the first time I see Mrs. Busy there.

I walk in there to grab ice cream for me & my kids..first and for most it’s 6pm on 7/22/24.. I walk into employees talking to someone who isn’t in uniform whom I might assume is a friend who’s visiting.. I was standing there for 10-15 minutes & they’re talking using vulgar language was very unprofessional as in the word “fugly”. Sad I have to drive all the way to viscount just to enjoy ice cream.

I had went with my family where a curly haired red head had completely made my day with his charisma and attitude, he truly brought a smile to my whole bloodline. The food was okay but his tone and feel of life made the yogurt that much more satisfying and delicious. i WILL be returning and hopefully get another wonderful worker.
