Terrible customer service. I went in for my bday reward, and the lady was very rude saying that she was unable to give me my bday reward since they had another promotion going on and they couldn’t give it to me. She was just very rude about the whole situation. Will never go to this location. No sympathy whatsoever.

You can tell she works hard — she was helping each customer quickly while still having a great conversation and keeping a positive vibe. People like her make the experience even better. i work in the food service field and understand how it feels when customers comes in a few minutes before close. However, the young lady in the front with glasses greeted us and overall gave us amazing customer service.

WOW! Must say this location made our custom cake order with no problems. Compared to the other location near my home, they declined the order due to not knowing how to spell the name. Even though it was given to them, they still declined because they didnt know how to take a custom cake order. We will be changing to this location instead. Thank you so much Maria for our awesome cake!!!

Ordered a custom cake and wasn’t told any details in regards to pick up time and worker wasn’t very knowledgeable about orders when we were inquiring. When we called to ask the next morning about the earliest pick up time and explained our situation, lady was very rude and was arguing that “it couldn’t be”. Didn’t appreciate the arguing or her tone and asked for a refund. Got another call that it could actually be done earlier since she didn’t want to lose a sale. Would’ve been more understanding if the situation was handled differently but had poor customer service.
