SOCKS blown off!!! This is absolutely FANTASTIC BBQ!!!! Gonna be too small real soon … great quality, great service… and amazing flavor … rivals Hurtado’s brisket and maybe even tops it!!! Thank you for the Lunch!!! Ill be back next year!!

Not much better than well cooked brisket. Especially in West Texas where they know how to cook it up right.On the "Cowboy ", the 7 pepper sausage (while not currently their house sausage) adds a nice kick to the Brisket sandwich.
