So I wanted to say that I left my original review below for honesty. I got skimpt from my brisket and was quick to act, hence the review. But in a timely manner, Jason, the owner, contacted me to address the issue and assist me. From his attentiveness and tasty food, his character shows, and it isn't fair for me to leave a bad review because honestly, the food was freaking awesome. I loved the BBQ beans and sausage. The brisket was moist and juice, and the BBQ sauce gave it a more robust flavor. Sometimes, the reviews we read aren't the whole picture. Mine is a perfect example. Thank you for your patience and assistance. And the great food ?I really wanted this to be good and a future favorite. But for $25 I got the Texas Two thinking I would receive the same portion as the other picture and got 2 lame pieces. And 2 pieces of onion. ??
