A lot of variety of snow flavors and they also have many snow cakes of various flavors. The place is nice and the attention they gave us was very good. If we return to this place and we also recommend it. When we arrived the place was empty but within a few minutes it filled up and there was a line of several people and only one young woman was serving.

Not returning to this location I didn’t know that scoops were meat to be the size of a spoon at least that is what I got. If the lady that served us was really the manager she needs to be a little more careful and do her work right because I’ve been to other locations and they were never this cheap. Scoops don’t mean spoons pleaseeee!!!!

I went in to get some ice cream for me and my son this evening ( about 5:55pm). I'm guessing there was a change in shift because there were two older ladies working and they were talking badly (in Spanish) about a younger worker that had just started her shift. It was obvious that the worker did not know what was being said about her and she looked very uncomfortable. I asked the worker (in Spanish) why she didn't speak to her coworker in English so she could understand what was being said of her. She made a face, ignored me and walked away. Very rude and unprofessional older workers. The ambiance was not very pleasant as you could tell the management style is not strong. It's no wonder they always have job openings. Who would want to work for or with someone that speaks badly about you? You all need new management or better management training!

Ice cream hit the spot! Clean store, the attendants were a little inattentive at first, but nothing major. We were the only ones at the counter, 2 employees in sight, we stood there for about 35 seconds before we got acknowledged by someone finally ?

The line should be more organize and the people attending need to know what they are doing they don't know how to prepare a bannasplit and they need more customer service skills definitely but the ice cream is great

Place was pretty busy on a Friday night-- with only 2 staff working, we waited behind 3 other groups ordering sundaes and banana splits. They would be better off having another staff member working at their busiest times. Store was clean and staff were polite and helpful even though they were busy. Why was my Cookies and Cream bland? Moral of the story, always ask for samples, even if there is a line.

We just ordered thru Doordash, 2 banana royales with 2 scoops of ice cream and one shake, 33 dollars!!! No ICe Cream in either Royale, we were really ripped off!! Expect our money back!
OMG!!! I’m in love with the employees, they are soooo nice and they do everything fast. But especially the girl with pink hair (Victoria, I got her name from the receipt). The store is always clean and smells delicious!!!!! I LOVE THEM!!!!!????

Went in for a birthday cake and asked if they could write a happy birthday message. The girl at the counter said not right now. The box had ice cream on the bottom so I asked if she could wipe it but she said there were only napkins on the counter. The cake was 47.00 and significantly smaller than the last time I bought one for a lot less money. Last but not least no more yummy frosting just whip cream. I will not be buying any cakes from here again ?. Profit vs. Quality
